“Boys” in a Men’s World

Blue jeans, jacket, t-shirt, moccasins.
Not seen…never really seen.
Not recognized.

“May I help you, Sir?”

“You can’t go in there.”

Always “Sir” … until I answer.

Until they hear me speak,
then focus on my face.
